supporting mechanism |
The outriggers of this vehicle adopt an H-shaped structure. Slewing and Luffing Mechanism |
The slewing mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor to operate a worm gear and worm, which makes the slewing smooth and highly self-locking. The luffing mechanism is realized through the optimized combination of double luffing hydraulic cylinders, a luffing balance valve, and a two-way hydraulic lock. It is characterized by good synchronism during luffing and high safety. |
Jib structure |
The jib is welded from high-strength alloy steel. It consists of one lower section and one upper section. The lifting and lowering of the jib are driven by hydraulic cylinders. The maximum working radius is 7.5 meters, and it can perform continuous 360-degree rotation. The maximum working height is 18 meters, and the operating time of the jib is ≤ 40 seconds. Upper Vehicle Control Console |
The upper vehicle control console adopts a wireless or wired remote control mode, which is convenient for firefighters to monitor various working conditions of the jib in real time. There are switches such as the main power indicator light, slewing platform centering indicator light, throttle increase/decrease switch, searchlight power switch, etc. on the control panel. Lower Vehicle Control Console |

Tank and Waterway Water Supply System |
Both the water tank and the foam tank are made of high-quality carbon steel materials and have undergone internal anti-corrosion treatment. The water pipeline of the jib is made of seamless pipes, and there is a DN100 muzzle connection plate at the head of the articulated jib. The waterway water supply system is composed of seamless steel pipes. The pipelines of the water supply system are arranged above the longitudinal beams of the lower vehicle part, and on the outer side of the jib of the upper vehicle part. There is a water supply port for supplying water to the jib. The manhole cover is cast from aluminum alloy material.
