Product features

1.The inner liner of the frame tank is made of 304-2B food-grade stainless steel plates. The tank body can be divided into multiple independent compartments. The inner liner of the tank is required to be smooth and free of sharp corners. A CIP (Cleaning In Place) device is installed in each milk compartment, and a cleaner is provided inside the tank.

2.The middle part of the tank body is the insulation layer, which has an insulation effect to prevent fresh milk from deteriorating. When there is a large temperature difference between day and night, the temperature change within 24 hours does not exceed 1 degree. The insulation material is 80 (MM) thick polyurethane foaming material for insulation.

3.The outer layer of the tank (the protective layer of the insulation layer) is made of 304L stainless steel plates. The outer skin of the stainless steel and the trunk are beautifully shaped. The entire vehicle body is beautifully shaped, scientifically structured, light in self-weight, and has good strength.

4.Each single compartment has a separate unloading port (gravity flow port) and charging port (tank opening).
